Each venture begins with something proven: a validated assay, a licensable patent, laboratory capacity or an existing channel with demand.
Partner for infrastructure.
We assemble laboratory, software, fulfillment and distribution partners instead of building every function in-house. Ownership and use rights are agreed in writing for each partnership.
Stage the capital.
Each venture has defined milestones, such as a pilot, first paying customers or a retention threshold. Spending follows results. Ventures that miss their milestones are wound down.
Align ownership.
Ownership is agreed in writing for each venture. G3 provides operating support and infrastructure.

We are interested in hearing from:
- Scientific founders with validated results who are looking for an operating partner
- Patent holders and university licensing offices with diagnostic or genomics assets that have not been commercialized
- Laboratories and manufacturers with available capacity and no channel to sell it
- Distribution and software companies that want a diagnostics product without building one themselves
